The Tascam MA-BT240 is a Class D mixer amplifier with Bluetooth receiver and an output 240 watts. This can be used as 1 x 240 watt for distributed loudspeakers systems running on 70 / 100 Volt Line or 2 x 120 watts at 4/8Ω low impedance (with the option of mono L+R/Stereo switching)

In addition to the Bluetooth capability, the amp has two line inputs on the rear and a front mounted mic/line combi input (with switchable ducking/paging function), each with a rotary level adjustment knob equipped with Signal and Peak LED indicators.

The compact ½ rack width, 1U high chassis enables it to be placed on a table or shelf whilst an optional rack mount kit (AK-RM05) is available for mounting in a 19” rack.

For greater flexibility, the MA-BT240’s Bluetooth antenna can be wired for extension (max 20m) and the pairing point can be changed to a preferred position, thus ensuring optimum signal reception.

Bass & Treble adjusters and a High Pass filter provide optimum control of sound quality and avoid overload of a high impedance system.

There is also a Line Output to facilitate the addition of more zones by cascading the output signal to another power amplifier(s).
